Amer F. Kasm, Managing Principal

Amer F. Kasm is responsibile for overseeing the firm's day-to-day activities as it relates investment, management, development, and third party advisory services. Amer brings an established background in all facets of commercial real estate and has been involved in the purchase and sale of more than $500 Million in transactions. Prior to founding AZUR, Amer played an instrumental role in the start-up and development of a leading commercial real estate services firm where he represented private and institutional clients in the purchase and sale of multi-family, retail, office, and land transactions across several markets. In addition to his role as President of AZUR Realty Partners, Amer also serves as a founding Principal of IRA Realty Capital, an Owner of institutional quality real estate that has acquired in excess of $70 Million since the launch of its first private fund in September 2010.

Amer received his Bachelor of Arts from the University of California, Berkeley, and his Master of Real Estate Development (MRED) from the University of Southern California (USC). He is a licensed California Real Estate Broker and is actively involved in numerous commercial real estate organizations including ICSC, ULI, and NAIOP.
