Amer F. Kasm, Managing Partner

Amer F. Kasm is the founder and managing partner of AZUR, Inc. and is responsibile for overseeing AZUR's day-to-day activities as it relates to third party brokerage services as well as the acquisition and disposition of properties in its own portfolio. Amer has been involved in a wide variety of landmark brokerage, investment and development / redevelopment projects. Prior to founding AZUR, Amer played an instrumental role in the start-up and development of a leading commercial real estate services firm where he represented private and institutional clients in the purchase and sale of multi-family, retail, office, and land transactions across several markets. He is also a managing member of several limited liabilities companies and partnerships involved in the acquisition and development of investment properties throughout California.

Amer received his Bachelor of Arts from the University of California, Berkeley, and his Master of Real Estate Development (MRED) from the University of Southern California (USC). He is a licensed California Real Estate Broker and is also in the final phase of candidacy for the CCIM designation offered through the Commercial Investment Real Estate Institute. Amer values continuous education and relationship building and is actively involved in numerous commercial real estate organizations including ICSC (International Council for Shopping Centers), ULI (Urban Land Institute), and NAIOP (National Association of Industrial and Office Properties) among others.
