AZUR Realty Partners seeks an intern with a strong interest in the commercial real estate industry. This position is geared towards undergrads and recent college graduates, but all submissions will be considered. The prospective intern will collaborate with the Managing Principal and will have the following responsibilities:

• Assist in new business proposals, project leasing, build-to-suit, tenant representation, investment sales, etc
• Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies for projects
• Create, maintain and update property activity reports for clients
• Draft, edit and revise contracts as needed for specified real estate transactions
• Assist in the preparation of financial analysis, including lease abstracting, discounted cash flow analysis and detailed financial schedules
• Abstract Leases to extract pertinent information
• Correspond with brokers regarding investment opportunities, and perform market research on potential opportunities

Although this internship is unpaid, those who perform satisfactory work may have the opportunity to transition into a paid internship position or will receive professional letters of recommendation and references to future prospective employers or graduate schools. Ideally the prospective intern will already reside in the Los Angeles or Orange County areas.
